The Five Intentions describe the universal desire by people, within conversations and relationships, to be seen, understood, accepted, chosen and valued by significant partners, friends, colleagues and co-workers.

The Five Intentions result in physical feelings that spontaneously arises in us when others speak to both our behavior and five intentions in conversation.

The Five Intentions are the “What’s Missing” in all work, personal and social relationships. We call this phenomena of getting out of sync with others the Relationship Anomaly. “The chronic, repetitious, unproductive communications we experience with specific, significant people, which remain uncomfortable & unresolved during and after the exchange."

"Life is, first and foremost, about the quality of relationships we have with all the people we come in contact with - at home, in community and at work. Everyone counts, everyone is valuable, and everyone has a story worth fully hearing."
